HELP SHAPING THE SUPPORTING PROGRAM!

Do you have expertise in the areas of "municipalities/political issues", "subsidies", "ESG/innovation" or "investments"? We would be delighted if you would share your knowledge with BUILDINX visitors and help shape the trade fair's supporting program. Submit your practical topics with strong content by July 1, 2025, and inspire many trade visitors and industry colleagues with your input.

All submissions must be in technical language and clearly practice-oriented, have technically neutral content, be free of advertising and be manufacturer-independent.


Please note that the participation in the supporting program is only possible for exhibitors and partners.

*CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM PROGRAM

Submission Conditions


  • All submissions, designed as specialist lectures, must have a clear practical relevance, have technically neutral content, be advertising-free and manufacturer-neutral.
  • Each speaker is provided with a 20-minute presentation and 5-minute discussion.
  • All submitted applications will be presented to the BUILDINX team for selection. Selection criteria are the timely receipt of your documents, content and preparation, topicality, innovative content and relevance in relation to the topics of BUILDINX.
  • There is no obligation for the organizer to record the presentation.


Rights of Use


  • We actively communicate and document the highlights of the BUILDINX before and after the trade fair, and thus do advertising and PR for exhibitors and speakers free of charge. For this purpose, the lecture may also be recorded and used in word, image and sound. The speaker will provide the organizer with the slides of the lecture as a PDF for free use in good time before the trade fair.

Promotion of the forums by the organizers of BUILDINX


  • Messe Dortmund GmbH, as the organizer of the BUILDINX, uses its website to ensure that, in the run-up to the trade fair, the topics of the lectures and the names of those who are presenting them are as widely disseminated as possible to the interested public and the specialist media concerned.
  • During BUILDINX, the organizer becomes draw the public's attention to the forums through appropriate presentation media.
  • The specialist media relevant to these topics are informed in detail about the forum program by Messe Dortmund GmbH via the relevant communication channels.
